First and foremost nature of people: 1. People are equal, simple and selfish!
- There are different status of people due to role and responsibilities, but if they are not committed to their vested role, responsibilities and power, go back to 1.
- People are gifted, but if they do not exploit their talent to serve the others, go back to 1.
- People hold different level of intelligence, but if they fail to use their intelligence to serve you, go back to 1.

In reference to “there are two sides of a coin”
Nothing is perfect without comparison to the others, nor are they complete without integration of the other elements. It’s thus wise to study and explore the various components of a high quality product and it’s also genius to study and dig deep into several explanations/ solid evidence to virtually understand an argument.

In the power of attraction in competition, you have to realize that there must be a foundation that integrates higher expectation, greater ambition&achievement (or at least more vividly visualized plans) and more efficient working mechanisms. In this regard, the power of words is never perceived enough, but a more clearly defined target and goal, a more specific plan and means to accomplish, and most importantly a more capable type of human resources that practically carries out the perspective tasks. Human resource as capital is a must to be invested and harnessed for the long-term achievements.
