You too Can Do Great!

First and foremost nature of people: 1. People are equal, simple and selfish!

- There are different status of people due to role and responsibilities, but if they are not committed to their vested role, responsibilities and power, go back to 1.

- People are gifted, but if they do not exploit their talent to serve the others, go back to 1.

- People hold different level of intelligence, but if they fail to use their intelligence to serve you, go back to 1.

In reference to “there are two sides of a coin”

Nothing is perfect without comparison to the others, nor are they complete without integration of the other elements. It’s thus wise to study and explore the various components of a high quality product and it’s also genius to study and dig deep into several explanations/ solid evidence to virtually understand an argument.

In the power of attraction in competition, you have to realize that there must be a foundation that integrates higher expectation, greater ambition&achievement (or at least more vividly visualized plans) and more efficient working mechanisms. In this regard, the power of words is never perceived enough, but a more clearly defined target and goal, a more specific plan and means to accomplish, and most importantly a more capable type of human resources that practically carries out the perspective tasks. Human resource as capital is a must to be invested and harnessed for the long-term achievements.

Train&Boost Your Concentration

It's good if one can retain the concentration at best. It's just when one is in a certain environment, one is prone (maybe vulnerable) to being attracted (maybe distracted) by various energy from the surroundings. It's never easy to distinguish whether the energy type is positive or negative (inspiring or discouraging). Practically, the energy generated thru people's attraction- be it in words, from dressing, actions, the noise or just from the presence of quiet people-is mixed. So to retain the concentration at best in various environments can prove very challenging especially if without constant traing programs and self-determination.

How to train CONcentration SKills?

Train yourself with reading activities, with academic tasks that glue you to chair for at least one hour and a half or more. Engage in thinking activities e.g chess game or solving crosswords or listening to people's discussion or debate and so on. Your mind and thinking ability require constant training like a marathon runner's.

For acute thinking, you have to undergo certain training programs to develop the ability to concentrate well. Apart from concentration ability is the strength be it physical or mental to recuperate after the difficulty, plight or illness. Last but not least is the great ability to let go of egotism. Acute thinker is calm and does not take pride on egotism, but neutrality, the truths and sea of information.

If u think u can find solutions-any solutions even on a tiny scope that can bring betterments and enlightenment to other people, you are on the path to becoming a leader already. Leaders are not born; they are cultivated and they are the creation of the cycle of phenomenon in one society.

Only robotic chips are implanted will people think and act in a uniform. There could exist several uniforms though given people's diverse, unique personalities. To manage or govern, therefore, it's necessary that different approaches are applied and more vitally, is the ability and capacity to come up with well-reasoned, well-balanced and productive management.

Don't rush to believe that because of good seeds, the trees will grow up high, strong and fruitful.

Don't rush to lose faith that because of bad seeds, the trees will not be able to grow up high, strong and fruitful.

The solid foundation that a tree depends on to grow, the genuine care and proper technicality will make enormous difference to the fate of trees.

When we put our mind to draft any plan, we put quite strong hope that it will work and by the end we expect there will be some certain results achieved. What is difficult for planner/organizer falls on some specific issues such as: who will carry out the plan and how sufficient/capable is the resource. The planner/organizer could have quite tough time with the right programs&activities that match well with the resources be it finance or labor-related issue.

Policy makers so grasp the importance of creating and making the environment possible for cultivating people with common sense and the best specialists (now popularly known as the think tank) because only the best will be able to serve as model of the other people and help guide the others to the right direction. It's like when you're drown, you need the best swimmer as the ultimate hope. Or it's like you need the best driver during complicated time on the road. Or the best doctor when you're seriously sick. The plight mentioned can be anticipated and preventable, but only the capable and the best are available and produced in advance by the policy. However, apart from targeting to harvest the best, policy makers must ensure the integrity, solidarity and coherence of people incorporated&impacted by the policy. These prerequisite factors for consideration are tough and challenging, which requires deep thought, serious discussion and thorough research together with balanced and strong leadership for implementation.

Sometimes making a plan is much similar to writing an essay. Like an essay, a plan must present an unambiguous central point that is followed by sufficient, concise details to support and prove that that central point makes sense and achievable.

The workplace will be full of people who are good at window-dressing when the working environment calls for only people who can merely speak the manger's mind. The emerging problem as a consequence is the problems will not deal prominently with issues of technicality, but mind games.

In the long run, the sake of sustainability and efficiency of a working system, the working environment which practices motivation and innovation as incentives and people's mindsets that highly value each employee's responsibility and their unique talents and contribution to success of the whole working system, shall be cultivated and set on a high priority. The creation of this essential foundation shall take shape and effect to ensure the whole working system can better respond to evolving problems and see further progress.

It comes to my thought that first and foremost, a person-be it an individual or a leader-must fundamentally grasp the basic skills sufficient to making a living. And it’s true that out there in the living environment or society, there is a mixed presence of good and bad people. Therefore, a person has to equip themselves with life skills-be it communication skills, networking for information, time management or problem solving skills. More significant is the foundation to catch up with market demand, social trends and the flow of technology.

Egotism is the worst poison and delusion for people in leadership. It does not mean that those people should not take pride in followers'achievements (as teacher, mentor, business leaders and so on), but NOT their self's. Apparently, egotism blinds and conceals role and responsibilities of leadership. Guess the word leadership is closely attached to role and responsibilities to serve, to guide, to facilitate (take bigger responsibilities than followers) the followers (students, customers, patients and so on), otherwise they are just as simple&selfish as we are.

Characteristics of a leader:

1) work harder than followers;

2) be able to find effective solutions to mitigate and solve the existing problems;

3) be able to come up with plans and mechanisms that coordinate services for livelihood and in the meantime provide needy services to people and communities.

It's gullible and ridiculous otherwise to buy into any other useless rhetoric and propaganda.

When leaders should be smart, yet they should not be so cunning.

When leaders should hold unique personalities (actually, uniqueness is the integration of diverse personalities), yet they should not act so self-centered.

When leaders should set themselves as role models, yet they should not lift themselves too high out of human's simple touches &tastes.

When leaders should take the leading roles, yet they should also stand rightly before followers&citizens to be blamed.

Being a leader is being a follower (know what followers need) and a center of solutions. (be able to unite, coordinate and facilitate the needy services. A leader's ability and capacity is huge. That's why it's practically safe to say that when a leader's goal and vision are drowning, the followers ‘future will be drown too.)

A GOOD LEADER is one who is Calm like a Sea, who is Courageous like a Snake, Wise like a Bee, and Smart like a Captain of a Ship during heavy storms.

The phenomenon that we can witness in communities or a society are the result of either greed (ignorance, aggression, misunderstanding &abuse of responsibilities are of the same kind) or compassion. The phenomenon as a result of the integration of both cannot be ruled out, either. However, it's much better that phenomenon are driven by compassion rather than greed.

Both politicians and specialists are hazardous and are prone to being unscrupulous when they don't consistently work their "conscience" and "responsibilities". Demand these two to work their conscience and responsibilities so that people are not left "victims" of any sorts. Demand the information; demand the truths and demand to know what they are doing when they are supposed to represent not only the citizens'thoughts but also actions. Demand they are doing enough and demand they are doing their best. Demand they are problem mediators, not trouble-makers; demand they are the primary source of coordination&service providers for better livelihood and most importantly, demand they are not sitting back and enjoying their position and luxury!

Leaders are our coach when they can take us to the next level be it in specialization or performance for livelihood. Also, the leaders are our therapist when they serve as the center of solutions for evolving daily problems. Last but not least, the leaders are our pioneer when they show us the life path and empower us to continue the journey in life on our own!

When you really want to help tackle people's problems, then this tip is very helpful: treat people with problems like they are patient. They definitely need to take some precise medicines to cure their illness. They really need precise medicines, but not only one type cures all. It ain't easy that is why we need professional people to do professional works!

In business, you can either play “dumb” or play “wise”. Play “dumb” when you tell your customers to look for better quality product or you will honestly tell that it’s customers’ waste of money purchasing this kind of product. Whereas play “wise” when you patiently and nicely wait and see what really “triggers” customers to buy. You play by customers’ feelings and rules and manipulation of the situation, more or less, is always unavoidable.

Ordinary citizens view criticism with attentive minds searching for perhaps morality, advice, proper conduct or reflection toward what they do or how they behave, whereas technicians delve into criticism for technical issues rather than "some craps or nonsense". Leaders, nonetheless, treat criticism with sensible, balanced thoughts&solutions.

A good leader is like a good book-once you read more from the book, the more you are blessed with vivid insights into daily problems and problems at the broad sense. The more deeply you comprehend what are being presented in the book, the more "self" you are empowered in making judgement and decision.

The simple truth is complexity is made up by unrevealed simple things. Be open-minded and be willing to communicate and exercise some tolerance and understanding may help solve all most forms of complexity.

When you follow your dreams, use your heart.

When you follow your plans, use your head.

Don't be too judgemental if you think your mind is not at the stage of neutrality.

Don't be too judgemental if you think your mind is not carved by adequate pieces of information or arguments.

Don't be too judgemental if you think your mind is stuck with no more better solutions than the existing ones.

Striking the balance does not mean you either play my game or your game. It also does not mean that people act on their ego or superiority. In real world, however, countries act equivalently to selfish people in the vivid way they will act in serious manners to safeguard their interests. Very simple, isn't it?

Success relies heavily on self-attitude, the level of enthusiasm and the courage to seek diverse paths. Nonetheless, if shortcuts are widely contagious for success, the level of intellectual may hardly go beyond survival instinct. This phenomenon can apparently lead to grave state of selfishness.

We are not living in the world full of one unique color; we are living in neither white nor black, but either grey or multi-mixed colors. We should live up to “DIVERSITY.” Don’t chain up your minds&thoughts; People cannot afford being not wise. Be open-minded&hearted.

When we know there are two sides on a coin, our evaluation on the quality truths can be more reliable and accurate. On one side reflects some credible info., and on another reveals the unrevealed. By thoroughly studying both sides of the coin, drawing conclusion for truth and acquisition shall enjoy significant balance and worth.

The breakthrough in intellectual can have result from constant exposure to various sources of info. or sometimes from involving directly into certain activities that acquisition takes place without people's slightest acknowledgement.

"Good management" sets insight into potential&capabilities rather than "trivial flaws".

When we are subordinates, there's nothing much we could do, but abide by superiors'orders and decisions. Superiors sometimes apply "the ends justifies the means" and this practice partly explains what "management" really means.

Technicians move mostly based on technicality when people in managerial position move, to a certain extent, based on their sensibility and understanding of the level of sensitivity. The latter, more or less, of course have the arts in exploiting the former to meet their ends meet of vision or goal.

People act on the impulses of pride, of sentiment, of fantasy feeling, or of motives. Leaders share the-said stereotypes, but they more likely act on their constant vision of empowering and building foundation for positive sustainable growth.

We are born naked; we all have only 24 hours, but we are not living under one same sky and also we do not receive same amount of sunlight. The sky is cruel and unfair in the way that it actively funtions to curtail the horizon of people's potential growth.

You want to motivate people, you have to be able to go thru their locked walls of thoughts and minds. It's like you aim accurately enough to hit bull's eyes of people's driving engine for motivation.

When a high quality film largely relies on director, stars and filming team, an effective management requires similar component: director, stuffs and working mechanisms.

A person is like a machine. To keep the machine working, the machine needs polishing, maintaining & fixxing.

Destiny, A White Lie

Nothing is destined. Mostly things happen because of at least one reason and destiny is a “white lie” to be blamed, especially when one does not perceive any better choice in sight or has lost the enthusiasm and will to confront and change the state of the being. Look at simple examples below:

1) A poor person can make as much effort as possible to at least work for a wealthy family to earn the money and thus be able to send money back home for improving other family’s member livelihood. But if the same person keeps blaming destiny without making effort and without resorting to available and possible sources of actions and betterments, s/he rather puts more blame on themselves than blames destiny.

2) A teacher who wants to be more knowledgeable than the current level has to invest time in reading and searching more associated, available documents. It’s the enthusiasm, intention and goal which interpret into actions toward achievements. There’s nothing to do with destiny!

3) A restaurant owner who wants to attract more customers need to be polite and nice besides providing satisfaction from meal, place, site attraction and so on.

Therefore, think again if something is really destined. Actually, most events and everything are man-made and of course they always happen with at least a reason.

Many people indulge into their instinct, but not their educational or rational base. No one is perfect, but one should think and act within the boundary of reasons, logics, passion and understanding. People should be courageous enough to take responsibility rather than "dig the wells deeper and deeper in order to bury their mistakes" should they know and realise they are making mistakes. "No one is perfect" is just a lame excuse when the mistake is under the broad day light and prevalent.

(that is why the sense of humor is never taken for granted. Whereas, a teacher is experienced when s/he is familiar with more than one approach and, besides being knowledgeable on the subject, is able to apply teaching methods beneficial for lesson delivery.)

Life can be a big laughing joke or a big bag full of problems. Anything can go wrong; life is unfair and there are notorious people around. When life is in these conditions, anything that interferes into the moods could ignite the moods to go off. But still one should keep calm, find peace from the nature or friends&family with activities that can soothe the plight in mind. Exercise, music, fun activities & deep sleep also can help a great deal, and eventually it's true that external factors are not as powerful as the inner-self in terms of the decision to let the mood explode.

Most of us are bound by our own reasons and preference, so leave people’s hobbies/interests uninterrupted and leave them to state’s laws rather than our bias agendas and temptation to make fair &sound judgment.

There are times that in life we face storms and feel down. We might feel discouraged, demotivated and more seriously we feel like the earth is doomed. We might know for sure that we are haunted with problems on the days ahead. Still we indulge into breathing, indulge into having deep sleep and wonderful dreams at nights, and most importantly we indulge into nourishments so that our body can long endure the pain and sufferings the problems imposed upon. When there is still sunlight on this planet, there is still hope that we can see better days.

Still so, the long-term solution is to put people on consistent training by teaching them to think, to act under the toughest time and finally to let them on the field for self testing and further acquisition.

Being submissive to the social environment to do all the decision-makings for us is not wise.
