Train&Boost Your Concentration


It's good if one can retain the concentration at best. It's just when one is in a certain environment, one is prone (maybe vulnerable) to being attracted (maybe distracted) by various energy from the surroundings. It's never easy to distinguish whether the energy type is positive or negative (inspiring or discouraging). Practically, the energy generated thru people's attraction- be it in words, from dressing, actions, the noise or just from the presence of quiet people-is mixed. So to retain the concentration at best in various environments can prove very challenging especially if without constant traing programs and self-determination.

How to train CONcentration SKills? 

Train yourself with reading activities, with academic tasks that glue you to chair for at least one hour and a half or more. Engage in thinking activities e.g chess game or solving crosswords or listening to people's discussion or debate and so on. Your mind and thinking ability require constant training like a marathon runner's.

For acute thinking, you have to undergo certain training programs to develop the ability to concentrate well. Apart from concentration ability is the strength be it physical or mental to recuperate after the difficulty, plight or illness. Last but not least is the great ability to let go of egotism. Acute thinker is calm and does not take pride on egotism, but neutrality, the truths and sea of information.
