និងនាំដល់ស្តង់ដារកាន់តែខ្ពស់ និងកាន់តែប្រសើរ ។ កង្វះ និងភាព
ទន់ខ្សោយនឹងនាំដល់វដ្តបញ្ហាដដែល ឬកាន់តែអាក្រក់គឺបញ្ហាកាន់តែ

តើពាក្យខ្មែរមិនមានថា "តក់ៗពេញបំពង់" "ព្យាយាមគង់បានសម្រេច"
"ព្យាយាមដូចឃ្មុំ ដូចកណ្ឌៀរ កុំធ្វើដូចរៃច្រៀងរាំមិនត្រៀមខ្លួន មិនហ្វឹក
ហ្វឺនសម្រាប់អនាគតនោះ ។" ។ល។ ចុះការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែង?

ភាពឡេះឡោះ បុគ្គលនិយម ចិត្ត និងទង្វើហិង្សាមិនមែនជាភាពខ្លាំងទេ ។
ហើយនៅក្នុងភាគរយខ្ពស់នៅលើពិភពលោក ចំនុចខ្សោយទាំងនេះមិន
បាននាំដល់សុខដុមនីយកម្ម និងភាពស៊ីវិល័យនៃមនុស្សជាតិទេ ។

Sooner or later one shall firmly recognize that regulation, discipline and standard
shall lead to interesting or possibly successful life. That’s proven on a high
percentage. For instance, Singapore.

Sooner or later one shall recognize that the lack or weakness in regulation,
discipline and standard shall lead life to nowhere. That’s proven on a
high percentage.

Regulation, discipline and standard, which are well-thought out and secure
the common interest shall lead to higher and better standard. The lack and
weakness shall lead to the same cycle of problems, or worse, the same
problems become more sophisticated.

Don’t these phrases exist in Khmer language: “Little by little; Step by step”,
“Perseverance leads to success” “Persevere like bees, like termites rather than
cicada always sing and dance without any preparation and training for the
future etc. How about in actual practices?

Non-discipline, selfishness and violent thought and acts are not strength. And
on a high percentage, globally, these weaknesses shall not lead to harmonization
and civilization of humanity at all.
