Education

The environment is the magnet pulling members of society by its influence. More or less, you are influenced
by family, school, peer, traffic, politics etc-in one word: the environment. In other words, we are a by-product
of a society/environment. It's undeniable to the fact of: Nature (gene) vs Nurture. Looking back that quality
education genuinely requires a consistently strong cooperation among all actors of influence, basically who/what attracts a person and/or who/what a person spends time with&on. In this sense, time management needs to be
effective, goal-aligned and to be carefully spent. 1) The rule of "tiger mother" with little play; 2) the balanced
and combination of play and learn; 3) a lot of play without control and without purpose like the mind is
indulged in sweets, cake and toys, all matter to brain training and growth. 1)&2) are technically and scientifically proven effective and responsible for training and growth of the brain. Or look at the issue this way: the goal of quality education that instills and trains students to become technically skilled, capable of problem-solving,
confident and responsible as a citizen and as a career professional shall benefit everyone with a high percentage.

You can learn and observe from:
The US President Barack Obama: We have an obligation and a responsibility to be investing in our students and our schools. We must make sure that people who have the grades, the desire and the will, but not the money, can still get the best education possible.

The former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, the Iron-lady Margaret Thatcher:  Disciplining yourself to do what you know is right and important, although difficult, is the highroad to pride, self-esteem, and personal satisfaction.

Former US Secretary of States, Collin Powell: There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.

The above goal will be universally ultimate in terms of quality in education, gender equality and betterment and actual upliftment in human rights and dignity.

Some Suggestions:
-Know well and teach one that they have choices and make sure they make decisions at their best consciousness and responsibility. That’s why reading habit and the habit of obtaining sufficient information is of significance. When I repeatedly recommend Khmer Chess Game because it can teach players to make careful and responsible moves-they learn patience, contemplation and taking responsibility; they shall become skilled in articulation, management, strategic, mind readers and a responsibility holder. I’m not saying they will not make wrongfully articulated move or they are going to win every game!

-Know well one can’t command what should or should not happen, but again one has choices in how to respond/react.

-Know well that one should spend “quality time” with their children and loved ones. Reading, having picnics, camping with children, engaging them in mini-projects from cleaning around the house, gardening to working for community contribution.

-Parental Control is important from online activities, their time management and schedule. Good and bad are coupled, but again you know well you have choices to choose. Need to be firm, but don’t expect life to be perfect! The profound question is your investment, your seriousness, your consciousness and your quality time spent with them etc.

-Set goal for them; teach them goal setting. Time management, action plans, timetable and spend time with them and help them with SWOT analysis: Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat.

-Know well the world can be a safe place as a fantasy world; or a cruel place with the presence of crooks and evils. The world can be “a dog eats dog world” or a civilized world, which strictly adheres to the international laws and a commonly acceptable standard of international community. Again you have choices and seriously train them to live in the world of humanity and civilization.

Thanks. Kindly advise.
