Greatly need assistance from Embassies

I greatly and highly appreciate the caring, assistance and support.

His Excellency, if I would ask that your Embassy host Cambodia's specialists for their visits and stay for 6 months to one year on the concrete mission of study/observation from actual practices in education, urbanization development, infrastructure development, agriculture development, poverty reduction, technology development, responsible, inclusive and sustainable development and so on.

The objective shall be to cultivate and realize the Think Tank in all fields so that those trained experts can consult, contribute and work for the positive development and quality standard in their relevant areas. For example in education, to transform human resource from low skilled labors to high skills. In economy, from manual skill labor to manufacturer as a goal. Or from the source of raw materials with low income because of low skills to the source of prosperity on own soil by the increased capability for making goods on own natural resources.

Having natural resources is a bless; the calibre human resource to turn what the state has into benefits and prosperity is also a bless; yet the best bless of all is the management reflected through good governance, transparency, fairness, and accountabily and most important of all is inclusiveness and sustainability.

So kindly Embassy of the US, Japan, Singapore, China, Russia, France, British, India and so on provide helping hands for the realization of such Think Tank for this poor country. Count me in

The developments seriously needs to answer to the underlying questions of some such as Technicality, Responsibiity, Legality and Vision, aren't they?

My deep and profound thanks.
(When Singapore could come and learn from Cambodia, why shouldn't we learn from them?)
